1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Main Street Income Academy ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, members, and others who access or use the platform. Your continued use of the platform following any updates to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Description of Service

Main Street Income Academy is a subscription-based educational platform that provides:

• Access to the Wheel Tracker — a software tool for tracking options trading activity
• Weekly training classes, market overviews, and implementation guidance
• Expert interviews with financial professionals
• Access to a private member community
• A growing library of training materials and resources

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature or content at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where possible.

3. Eligibility

To use Main Street Income Academy, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a legal resident of a jurisdiction where such educational services are permitted
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from receiving such services under applicable law

By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

4. Accounts and Membership

Account creation

You must create an account to access member content. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

One account per member

Each subscription is for a single user only. Sharing your account credentials with others is not permitted and may result in account termination without refund.

5. Billing and Subscriptions

Subscription fee

Main Street Income Academy is offered as a monthly subscription at the rate displayed at the time of purchase. Prices are in US dollars and subject to change with reasonable notice.

Billing cycle

Your subscription renews automatically each month on the same date you originally subscribed. Your payment method will be charged at the beginning of each billing period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe billing portal or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the platform through the end of the period for which you have paid.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial months of service. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate promptly.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and retry the charge. Continued failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms. You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute any platform content without written permission
• Share your account credentials with any other person
• Use the platform for any commercial purpose other than your own personal education
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate the Wheel Tracker software
• Post or share content in any community areas that is offensive, misleading, or harmful
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
• Use automated tools or bots to access or scrape platform content
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the platform

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform — including but not limited to educational materials, videos, training guides, software tools, written content, graphics, and branding — is the intellectual property of Main Street Income Academy and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use platform content for your own personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content.

Any data you enter into the Wheel Tracker (your trades, holdings, notes) remains your property. You may export your data at any time using the built-in export features.

8. Educational Disclaimer

Main Street Income Academy is an educational platform only. All content, tools, training materials, expert interviews, and any other information provided through the platform are for general educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing on this platform constitutes:

• Personal investment advice or recommendations
• Legal advice or legal services
• Tax advice or tax preparation services
• Financial planning services
• A recommendation to buy or sell any specific security

The Wheel Tracker software is a tracking and organizational tool only. It does not provide investment recommendations, and any price alerts or notifications are purely informational based on data you enter.

Past performance of any strategy discussed on the platform is not indicative of future results. All investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. You should always consult qualified licensed professionals — including a registered investment advisor, CPA, or attorney — before making any financial, tax, or legal decisions.

By using this platform, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your own financial decisions and that Main Street Income Academy bears no responsibility for any losses or outcomes resulting from decisions you make based on information provided through the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Main Street Income Academy and its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to financial losses, loss of data, or loss of business — arising out of or relating to your use of the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us to request account deletion.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or acted in a manner harmful to other members or the platform.

Upon termination, your access to the platform and its content will cease. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will continue to apply.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Main Street Income Academy is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If that is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you may cancel your subscription and discontinue use of the platform.
