- Process your subscription payments through Stripe

- Send educational content and updates you have opted into

- Stripe — our payment processor handles subscription billing. Their privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data.
- Supabase — our database provider securely stores your account and trading data. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
- EmailJS — used to deliver alert notifications you configure within the platform.
- Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our members or the public.
All third-party service providers are contractually required to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.
4. Cookies and Tracking
We use minimal cookies and local browser storage to operate the platform effectively:
- Authentication cookies — to keep you logged in to your account
- Preference storage — to remember your notification settings and app preferences
- Session data — to maintain your session while you use the platform
We do not use advertising cookies, behavioral tracking cookies, or share tracking data with advertisers. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect your ability to log in and use the platform.

- Secure password hashing — your password is never stored in plain text
- Row-level security ensuring each member can only access their own data
- Payment processing handled entirely by Stripe — we never handle or store card numbers
While we implement strong security practices, no system is completely immune to security risks. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Specifically:
- Account information is retained while your membership is active
- Trading data you enter is retained until you delete it or close your account
- Payment records are retained as required for tax and legal compliance
- Upon account deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access — you can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you

8. Children's Privacy
Main Street Income Academy is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to remove that information.
